A multi-lingual website for a member-driven Professional Development & Advocacy Organization

French and English Membership websites for a professional college organization

The End-of-Life Doulas Association of Canada is a member-driven professional organization dedicated to expanding the role and recognition of Death Doulas across Canada. Their long-term vision is to establish national standards and a registry for the Death Doula profession.

Their original single-page website had evolved into a complex site with cumbersome navigation, hindering user experience. Additionally, the association required a French translation to better engage Death Doulas in Quebec.

To address these challenges, we developed a new website with a clear distinction between public and member-only content. We implemented streamlined functionality, allowing administrators to add members, resources, and board member profiles effortlessly through intuitive forms. This eliminated the need for manual page updates, saving valuable administrative time for more impactful work.

The redesigned site has improved user engagement, making it easier for visitors to discover resources and for the association to grow its membership.
